This site is where I think in public.
Some of what I write is about business systems, email, and the operational side of online businesses.
Some of it is technical.
Some of it is just things I'm trying to understand.
I don't write it for an audience or a funnel, and consistency isn't really the point.
If you're running an online business
If your business is a few years old and parts of it feel harder to reason about than they should, especially around email, data, or launches, start here:
- Work: what I actually do, and when it's relevant
- How I work: the exact method, step by step
- Shadow Newsletter: Consistent Course Sales Without Launches: the full case study of a system I built for my own course business, tech details included
- Your Email List Is a Sensor, Not an Asset: a concrete example of the kinds of problems I work on
- Why 'Authentic' Is the Next Thing We'll Game: how I think
If those resonate, you'll know.
I also write field notes from real client work: what the diagnosis was, what I did, what changed. They go out personally, to a small group of A players. There's no signup box. If you think you should be reading them, email me and make your case.
If you're just reading
There's no sequence and no intended path.
Browse the writing. Follow whatever looks interesting.
No expectations, no calls to action.
Enjoy!
